2-Day Advanced DT Facilitation Training
(English spoken) Do you want to improve and expand your facilitation skills? Advanced Service Design Thinking facilitation training is the perfect answer. A prerequisite for the participants is to be very familiar with the design thinking tools. During the training the focus will be on how to facilitate the tools and not on the explanation of the design thinking tools itself.
The central question is: Who am I as a facilitator? We are focussing on your skills and expertise as the official leader of a session. You will get in depth insight about group dynamics, your personal preferences according facilitating a group and how this interfere in the way participants will act and react. With this better understanding of your personal facilitation skills we can have an enhanced look at the design thinking tools and process. What are you trying to achieve? And why use specific tools? All the insights come together in your facilitation performance, which will be recorded and reviewed. At the end of this course you are fully in control of the process, the team and yourself.
Facilitated amongst others, by the founders of DesignThinkers Academy and Arnoud Koning, Founder of the global Design Thinking Facilitation Program within Procter & Gamble.
