2-Day Employee Experience Design with a bonus Masterclass (Certificate)
Attracting, growing, and retaining talented and high-performing employees within an organization is crucial for its success. Prior to the ongoing pandemic, employee experience had predominantly been identified as one of the key factors in what turned out to be the latest war for talent, although it should, at its core, be synonymous with the process of purposefully designing the experience for employees based on their needs and behaviors. By implementing the human-centered design in shaping their experience, employees get involved right from the start and are placed at the center of the problem-solving design.
This two-day workshop will provide you with an opportunity to learn how to design and deliver great employee experiences using proven Design Thinking practices since you’ll be able to gain an understanding of Design Thinking principles as well as grasp the importance of learning by doing, thanks to the hands-on experience of working on a real employee challenge. Our expert facilitators will introduce you to Design Thinking tools and processes that include stakeholder and value network mapping, creating personas, mapping the employees’ insights and their journey, and creating the service scenario and prototypes. Moreover, this workshop marks the first time we are hosting an exclusive masterclass – “What is the purpose of EVP in every organization?” – which will be delivered by Katarina Šonjić, as an integral part of the training.
Katarina is a Junior Design Thinking Facilitator and Employer Branding Consultant who finds passion and purpose in combining human resources, marketing, and Design Thinking. As someone who believes that knowledge and experience sharing is the only way we can move our market forward, she finds Employer Branding and Design Thinking to be her favorite playing fields and is creating programs that will help companies and individuals implement new result-oriented practices.

After successful completion of the 2-Day Employee Experience Design Course, participants are awarded a DesignThinkers Academy Certificate and you can celebrate your achievement of becoming a true Design Thinker. All tools and materials will be available after the course for personal use.
At DesignThinkers Academy, we take our social duty very seriously when it comes to protecting the health of our valued participants and dear team members. For this reason, participants interested in joining us at our courses are more than welcome, if you are able to provide:

B) Proof of a negative PCR-test, within 24 hours of the first day of training;
