About this course
Facilitation is key in running successful Design Thinking workshop sessions. Creating a space and an environment where people feel confident and can be creative is the key responsibility of the Facilitator. During the course, you will be challenged to work in small teams to practice all aspects of facilitating workshops.
You will be using Design Thinking tools (eg.. Stakeholder Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Prototyping), the focus however will be on your personal facilitation skills of designing and facilitating Design Thinking workshops.
What you'll learn
During the two days, you will practice various aspects of facilitating Design Thinking sessions by working on a challenge. With strong focus on your personal facilitation style, group dynamics, energizers and mindsetters, you will learn how to run high-energy and effective workshop for mixed audiences.

After successful completion of the 2-Day Design Thinking Facilitation course, participants are awarded a DesignThinkers Academy Certificate and you can celebrate your achievement of becoming a true Design Thinker. All tools and materials will be available after the course for personal use.
At DesignThinkers Academy, we take our social duty very serious when it comes to protecting the health of our valued participants and dear team members. For this reason, participants interested in joining us at our Creative Studio in Amsterdam are more than welcome, if you are able to provide:
A) Digital COVID Certificate (QR code);
B) Proof of a negative PCR-test, within 24 hours of the first day of training;
C) Proof that you recovered from COVID-19 less than 6 months ago.
If a participant cannot comply with the above mentioned requirements, they will not be able to participate in the course. Our goal is to create a safe environment in which we can continuously stimulate creativity and allow all participants and facilitators to feel comfortable.
