Refund and cancellation policy
By registering to attend a DT Academy course, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you have to cancel your participation one month before the start date of the course 50% will be refunded. For cancellation after this period no refunds will be granted. Tickets however may be passed on to another person with written approval of the DT Academy and the ticket will stay valid for six months for a training session on a new date at the same location.
Payment
Invoice will be sent upon reservation. We charge 21% VAT to Dutch based companies, NGO’s and self-employed. We also charge 21% VAT to international companies, NGO’s and self-employed based in the European Union without a registered VAT number. If you are based outside the European Union we will not charge you with VAT.
Cancellation by DesignThinkers Academy
DT Academy reserves the right to cancel or change any session and course up to 30 days prior the start date of the event. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and give you a full refund or the option to attend another course session within six months in the same location. DT Academy is not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of a cancellation.
Force majeure
DT Academy shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure events.
Additional Terms & Conditions
All materials and handouts provided by DT Academy during workshop sessions are free of use, however they are under copyright and are owned by DT Academy. Alumni do not acquire ownership rights in any of these materials and agree not to reproduce, modify or distribute any of the materials received from or provided by DT Academy. Please contact us if you would like DT Academy to provide you with branded materials and tools for project use. Happy to help you.

This website is owned and operated by DesignThinkers Academy, a division of DesignThinkers B.V. Global Head Office based in Amsterdam, Nieuwe Leliestraat 13, 1015 SH, The Netherlands. Registered at the Chamber of Commerce no. 60621400
Our main objective is to provide you with hands-on tools that you can use immediately the next day in your working environment.
Besides the training program you will be handed out a toolkit, certificate and access to the DT Academy Network virtual environment.
The end result is aimed at a transformation of the participants, knowledge of tools and methods, a deep understanding of the value of design, and professional & personal growth.

Early bird ends on the 22nd March, regular will start from the 23rd till the 2nd of April and late worm will be on the 3rd and 4th of April 2021.
