2-Day Design Thinking for Employee Experience
2-Day Design Thinking for Employee Experience
The 2-day Design Thinking for Employee Experience course provides an engaging learning experience to help Human Resources, Learning and Development, and other people-focused managers understand how Design Thinking can improve employee engagement.
Design Thinking is increasingly entering the world of Human Resources Management. This two-day Employee Experience (EX) program enables the practitioner to use Design Thinking as a framework to identify and define what matters to people in the organisation.
Deploying successful strategies using Design Thinking for employee experience can benefit your organisation significantly, including improved business outcomes, increased employee satisfaction, and enhanced innovation.
This course is suited for people teams who want to gain more insights into Design Thinking to apply this framework to build engaging experiences that ultimately improve employee engagement and employee effectiveness at making strategy, reality.
Areas we will cover are:
- How to develop an employee-focused vision and employee value proposition
- How to design employee experiences that will have an impact on the well-being of employees
- How to ensure alignment between stakeholders around how to ensure engaged and effective staff
Participants will work with key tools and terminology and learn how to apply Design Thinking to employee experiences in a people-focused context.
This hands-on course entails engaging on a relevant people related challenge. Through ‘Learning by doing,’ participants will then be able to apply lessons learned as soon as they return to the workplace.
The tools we practice during these two days include Stakeholder Mapping, Value Network Mapping, Employee Personas, Employee Journey Mapping (Employee Insights), Service Scenario Mapping, Prototyping and many more.
