The 2-Day Systems Thinking for Positive Transformation course offers an actionable approach to mastering Systems Thinking, turning complex challenges into opportunities for positive change. Whether you’re working to strengthen communities against challenges, improve employee health and happiness, or achieve sustainability targets, this course equips you with the skills to analyse, design, and optimise systems for effective transformation.
Through practical tools (such as the Social Ecosystem Map, Iceberg Model, and Causal Loops) and real-life case studies, this course will teach you how to map systems, identify leverage points, and implement solutions that lead to lasting change. By the end, you’ll have the tools and confidence to drive impactful transformation in your organisation.
This in person training is available as a public workshop in the advertised locations and in-house workshop for companies looking to upskill groups of 6 and more people.

By registering to attend a DT Academy course, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Refund and cancellation policy If you have to cancel your participation one month before the start date of the course in advance 50% will be refunded, cancellation after that period we will not refund the ticket fee. Tickets however may be passed on to another person with written approval of the DT Academy and the ticket stays valid for one year to take on the training session on another date.
Payment
Invoice will be sent upon reservation. Payment terms are 14 days from receipt of invoice. Timely payment is required for all tickets in order to apply for any special rates including Early Bird. Thank you.
Cancellation by DesignThinkers Academy
DT Academy reserves the right to cancel or change, without notice, any session or course offered on the program. DT Academy will endeavour to offer a place on the same session or course at a later date or a place on an alternative session or course. Where this is not possible or you don’t want to accept the alternatives offered, DT Academy will offer a full refund.
Force majeure
DT Academy shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
