About this course
This course will take your facilitation to the next level in only 4 live online sessions, organized in two weeks. We will apply our well-known ‘learning-by-doing’ style, but this time it will be focused on preparing your upcoming facilitation opportunity using our Prepare-For-Success or PFS-model. Expect high-energy, hands-on training with tons of interaction and reflection, revealing all the know-how to help you master facilitation.
What you'll learn
The 2-Week Course consists of 4 modules, focusing on applying our PFS model to prepare any facilitation opportunity. Each week consists of interactive Online Classroom sessions.
Onboarding
1 week before the first module we invite you to join us in the online environment to meet your Facilitators and fellow participants. We find it very important that you feel comfortable, secure and motivated to work together for the upcoming weeks in this online learning environment. You will also get some homework to gather some insights on the expectations for your upcoming workshop or meeting.

After completing the 2-Week program and assignments you can celebrate your achievement of becoming a highly skilled Facilitator! You will receive your personal Design Thinkers certificate and access to an online Toolkit that you can use freely.
