Online Awareness Session
Explore and design your business online in 90 minutes with our Online Awareness Session. A design-driven framework, and process to use when building a value driven business. It will give the participants an in-depth experience in how to align values with organizational models, culture, propositions, business model and customer values and goals.

ONLINE AWARENESS SESSION
In these high energy online sessions with multiple teams we will use the tool in a game format. The point is to carefully build a value driven Startup in 90 minutes with a pitch at the end. This will create lots of energy and engagement among the teams.
To play the game we created the following tools:
An instruction sheet which will guide the teams through the process. One group member (the People Guru) is responsible for time and checking the instructions.
Persona cards. These persona cards are used to give information to the participants playing the role of End-User during the game. This way we want to help them play the role of the End-User even better.
Assignments cards with challenges the groups can choose from after they understood the values and purpose the group members share. The groups can choose the Assignments and Persona’s they feel belong together.
Participant Roles. Every participant will have a role. A key role is the End-User. Each team should assign players to be the End-User, the instruction sheet will explain what these players should do exactly and when they should do it. Another key role is the People Guru. This player is responsible for monitoring teamwork and timekeeping.
