Session 2: Define Stage
Utilize advanced sense‑making powered by sentiment‑analysis technology and multi‑persona mapping to deepen understanding of user experiences and system dynamics.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of user and operation journey maps and apply multi‑problem‑statement analysis to transform data patterns into strategically valuable innovation opportunities.
Session 3: Develop Stage
