- To equip participants with practical skills and tools to apply AI‑integrated Design Thinking methods in driving user‑centric innovation and data‑driven decision‑making.

What you'll learn
This interactive course equips participants with the mindset, skill sets, and AI toolsets necessary for AI Design Thinking Execution, enabling them to drive breakthrough business innovation. Grounded in a “learning‑by‑doing” approach, participants will engage in hands‑on, collaborative projects that tackle real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
Each Design Thinking stage features AI‑enhanced demonstrations and exercises in virtual innovation spaces, empowering participants to apply data‑driven insights, lead innovation‑focused teams, and transform emerging opportunities into scalable, high‑value business solutions.
Pre-Course Preparation Session
Participants will learn the concepts, principles, and values of AI Design Thinking, gain familiarity with the Four-Step Double Diamond Execution Framework, and complete preliminary design research activities to support hands-on learning.
Remark:
Participants must attend the Pre-Course Session to qualify for the Award Certificate.
The Pre-Course Session will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., prior to the start of the main course.
Session 1: Discover Stage
Participants engage in Stakeholder Management and Design Research through AGI analysis to uncover stakeholder expectations and user needs. This stage enhances the ability to identify critical insights that drive human‑centered transformation.
Session 2: Define Stage
Learners perform Basic Sense Making and create Single Persona Map using AGI data analysis tools. The process helps convert data into clear, user‑driven problem definitions.
Session 3: Develop Stage
Participants conduct Co‑Creative Ideation and Idea Prioritization using AGI two‑dimensional analysis to refine innovative ideas. The stage promotes data‑supported creativity and collaborative solution development.
Session 4: Deliver Stage
Learners develop Service Scenario Prototypes and perform user testing using AGI visualization tools. This stage demonstrates how rapid prototyping validates ideas and supports decision‑making.
