This intensive 4–day boot camp equips top executives with the strategic foresight, AI-driven tools, and innovation leadership needed to orchestrate cross-organizational transformation. It empowers leaders to integrate Design Thinking and AI insights to shape sustainable growth, build agile innovation cultures, and drive long‑term enterprise value.

About the AI Design Thinking Course Series

The AI Design Thinking (DT3.0) Course Series is a comprehensive, multi‑level learning pathway designed to empower individuals and teams across all organizational levels to harness the synergy of Artificial Intelligence and Human‑Centered Design Thinking for sustainable innovation and transformation. Pre‑Course Preparation Session

Before the bootcamp, participants join a virtual preparation session to clarify their transformation challenges and identify key innovation priorities within their organizations. Participants explore market foresight, trend mapping, and stakeholder value management using AGI analysis and social‑listening technologies. This stage strengthens strategic insight and helps leaders uncover new growth opportunities aligned with long‑term sustainability goals.

Master Class: Shaping the Future of the Market

Day 2: Define Stage

Leaders deepen their understanding through advanced sense making, multi‑persona mapping, and value proposition design using sentiment analysis and AGI tools. They collaboratively define future opportunity zones and strategic challenge statements to guide enterprise transformation.

Participants drive cross‑dimensional ideation, reverse ideation, and prioritization using AI‑powered generation tools. This stage nurtures an agile corporate culture, enabling leaders to co‑create high‑impact solutions that integrate innovation and organizational scalability.

Day 4: Deliver Stage

Through AI‑enabled prototyping, ACES mapping, and Lean Canvas modeling, participants translate strategic ideas into actionable innovation roadmaps. Leaders gain practical skills for executing, validating, and scaling business growth strategies across organizational systems.

Master Class: Creating Go-To-Market Momentum

After‑Class Follow‑Up Session

Following the bootcamp, participants take part in a post‑course coaching and reflection session to review real‑world application progress. This session helps consolidate learning, evaluate the impact of applied tools, and refine leadership actions for continued organizational growth.
