The 4-day DesignThinkers Global Bootcamp provides a unique opportunity to learn from internationally recognized and highly experienced Design Thinking practitioners.
Under the guidance of our seasoned facilitators, familiarize yourself with the divergent/convergent model of the Double Diamond, and solidify your strategic Design Thinking mindset by practicing on a real-life project.

Upon completion of the 4-day Bootcamp, participants will be able to:
Design Innovative Business Model
The DT process helps leaders better understand the needs of their customers, allowing them to design business models that create, deliver, and capture value effectively. By identifying the pressing problems and promising opportunities, leaders can construct and adapt business models that are innovative, customer-centered, and ensure sustainable success.
Develop Strategic Planning
The iterative nature of design thinking enables leaders to outline a strategic plan that is flexible and adaptable. By prototyping and testing ideas, leaders can refine their strategies based on real-world feedback. This iterative process allows for ongoing strategic planning responsive to the ever-changing business environment.
Build Change Culture
DT underscores the value of empathy, collaboration, and open-mindedness, which are all key to building a culture that embraces change. By promoting these values and integrating the design thinking process into the organization’s daily operations, leaders can foster a more innovative, adaptable, and resilient culture in the face of change.
Manage Uncertainty Risk
The iterative design thinking process, which includes concept testing and validation, helps leaders anticipate potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
