What you'll learn
This interactive course equips participants with the mindset, skill sets, and AI toolsets necessary for AI Design Thinking Execution, enabling them to drive breakthrough business innovation. Grounded in a “learning‑by‑doing” approach, participants will engage in hands‑on, collaborative projects that tackle real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
Each Design Thinking stage features AI‑enhanced demonstrations and exercises in virtual innovation spaces, empowering participants to apply data‑driven insights, lead innovation‑focused teams, and transform emerging opportunities into scalable, high‑value business solutions.
Session 1: Discover Stage
Participants initiate the sprint by applying Stakeholder Management and AI Design Research techniques powered by AGI Deep Research technologies. This stage focuses on uncovering user needs, business challenges, and market insights to set a strong, evidence‑based foundation for innovation.
Session 2: Define Stage
Learners conduct Basic Sense‑Making, develop Single Persona Maps, and create User Journey Maps using AGI Analysis. Through data‑driven insights, teams clearly define the challenge landscape and align on actionable problem statements that shape the sprint’s direction.
Session 3: Develop Stage
In this phase, participants engage in Cross‑Dimensional Ideation to generate creative, multi‑angle solutions guided by AI. They then apply Idea Prioritization to evaluate impact and feasibility, while the Risk Assumption Map helps identify and mitigate uncertainties early.
This stage builds an agile innovation mindset, empowering teams to develop high‑potential solutions with data‑backed confidence.
Session 4: Deliver Stage
Teams move into execution by creating AI‑supported prototypes through Prototyping for Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability Tests (using AICG Technology). They leverage the Testing and Learning Card (with AGI Analysis) to capture real‑time user feedback and performance insights, ensuring iterative improvement.
Finally, the Lean Canvas guides teams to articulate business models that are strategically viable, helping transform validated sprint outcomes into scalable, actionable innovations ready for organizational implementation.
