Accepted Payment Types
If you have to cancel your participation up to 30 days before the start date of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days from the start date of the course, we will not refund the ticket fee. Registrations may be transferred to another person with the written approval of the DT Academy. A paid registration is valid for up to one year and may be applied to any DT Academy training session.
An invoice will be sent upon registration. Payment terms are 15 days from receipt of invoice. Harmonized Sales Tax [% based on the provincial rate where the training will take place, e.g. 13% for Ontario] will be added for Canadian residents and businesses with a base in Canada.
Cancellation by DesignThinkers Academy
DT Academy reserves the right to cancel or change, without notice, any session or course offered on the program. DT Academy will endeavor to offer a place on the same session or course at a later date or a place on an alternative session or course. Where this is not possible or you don’t want to accept the alternatives offered, DT Academy will offer a full refund.
DT Academy shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
