About the Empathy Game
In each UnKnow Game session, there is a mysterious character with a story and a problem that needs to be solved within the time restrictions. Your task is to figure out what the problem is and pitch the solution to the game master. All participants will split into teams and start competing with time towards a glorious victory.
What you'll learn
UnKnow is an empathy game to create a mindset shift in how we approach value creation. It shows how crucially important it is to reach deep empathy when creating value. If you truly know someone’s needs, pains and drivers you can add value to people’s lives. The game also encourages participants to notice and dodge subconscious mind patterns that could sabotage progress and innovation.
UnKnow is a perfect way to kickstart a design or change process. It encourages people in becoming more open so as to embrace the needed change and the challenges that come with it.
