About this course
The Bootcamps consists of Masterclasses, in-depth knowledge of Service Design & Design Thinking Tools and a deep-dive into the DT Methodology, focused on human-centered collaboration. The main goal of the DT Bootcamp is to guide you through our ‘learning-by-doing’ method by giving you key insights into how to apply Service Design Thinking.
You will work in small teams on a local challenge from one of the Challenge Owners (Rainforest Alliance, Amnesty International or the Amsterdam Municipality) while also learning to work with Service Design and Design Thinking tools.

After successful completion of the 5-Day DesignThinkers Global Bootcamp Week, participants are awarded a DesignThinkers Academy Certificate and you can celebrate your achievement of becoming a true Design Thinker. All tools and materials will be available after the course for personal use.
COVID-19 Protocol
At DesignThinkers Academy, we take our social duty very serious when it comes to protecting the health of our valued participants and dear team members. For this reason, participants interested in joining us at our Creative Studio in Amsterdam are more than welcome, if you are able to provide:
A) Digital COVID Certificate (QR code);
B) Proof of a negative PCR-test, within 24 hours of the first day of training;
C) Proof that you recovered from COVID-19 less than 6 months ago.
If a participant cannot comply with the above mentioned requirements, they will not be able to participate in the course. Our goal is to create a safe environment in which we can continuously stimulate creativity and allow all participants and facilitators to feel comfortable.
