Dedicated to Salesforce employees, this 0,5 Day session will help you discover, in co-creation with your client, how and on what topics Salesforce and the client can be of help for each other. Design Thinking mindset and flow are at the heart of this session. By co-creating together with clients, you will be better equipped to demonstrate relevant services and enrich client interactions, which benefits the overall sales process tremendously.

About this session
Today’s world is changing ever faster and is growing increasingly complex. As a result, organizations are experimenting new ways of working to cope with this changing landscape. Explicit focus and involvement of end-users and other relevant stakeholders, continuous experimentation, and learning by doing are often at the heart of improvement and innovations strategies. These new ways of working also impact the way collaborations with business partners are organized.
Co-creation and adoption of some Design Thinking principles are important elements to be able to align business strategies and ways of working to implement these strategies.
In this Co-creation session you will work together with your client in a high energy and interactive way. You will work in small teams sharing findings at key moments in the session. Together you will explore business opportunities that both add value to your clients business where Salesforce can help. The final result is a shared deep insight in the opportunities that the collaboration between Salesforce and the client can bring.
Through shared challenge exploration and shared solution finding you will be able to deal with change and complexity, create better mutual understanding, and deliver superior business results.
