Design Thinking Fundamentals (AI enabled) 2-Day Course
The Design Thinking Fundamentals 2-day course provides a thourough understanding of the Design Thinking approach, key tools, principles and mindsets. Through ‘Learning-by-Doing’, participants obtain direct and practical exposure to this transformative framework, activating their empathy muscle as well as their creative confidence.
AI as a thinking partner – During the course, we will explore how AI can augment the design thinking process, enhance human creativity and innovation to develop impactful, human-centered solutions while keeping humans in control. We beleive AI augments the process, but humans in this case, multi-disciplianry teams, must lead the process with empathy, judgement, intuition, imagination and creativity.
The program highlights the appproach needed to prompt AI tools to support human centred innovation. We use these AI skills to enhance the proven Design Thinking methodology to solve problems through co-creation.
Participants will work with the tools and learn to apply principles and mindsets that support customer-centred design over the two days. We explore how divergent thinking is used when trying to understand what problems to solve and how; And covergent thinking to define the relevant problems to solve and which solutions to take forward.
Your facilitator(s) are highly experienced in the field of Creative Problem Solving and Design Thinking, providing practicle examples and in-person coaching that will elevate your knowledge and practice.
