Registration
By registering to attend a DT Academy course, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you have to cancel your participation up to 15 days before the start date of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 15 days from the start date of the course, we will not refund the ticket fee. However, you will be able to apply your registration fee to another DT Academy course within 12 months of your initial registration.

Payment
An invoice will be sent upon reservation. Payment terms are 7 days from receipt of invoice.

Cancellation by DT Academy
DT Academy reserves the right to cancel or change, without notice, any session or course offered. DT Academy will endeavor to offer a replacement session or course at a later date, at the same or different location. Where this is not possible or you don’t want to accept the alternatives offered, DT Academy will offer a full refund.

Multimedia Consent Waiver
By registering you grant DT Academy the right to take photographs or record video or audio of you, and to use these for educational or promotional materials. You agree to waive all rights, claims or interest to control the use of your likeness in the photographs, video or audio, and you agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration. You may opt out of this Multimedia Consent Waiver at any time by sending your request in writing to the DT Academy contact listed below.

Force majeure
DT Academy shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement, for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.

Ownership
