This training will take a specific topic as a starting point and use a set of Futures Thinking tools like Horizon Scanning, Future Wheels and Future Scenarios to explore different possible futures. Design Thinking will be introduced as an integral element throughout the training to translate future trends into reality and tangible, actionable strategic initiatives.
