Course Description

2-Day Behavioral Design Training (Certificate)

Everyone agrees. Nothing changes. Learn how to create movement.

Most organizational change doesn’t fail because people are unwilling. It fails because people keep doing what they’ve always done. Whether you’re working in HR, government, sustainability, innovation or marketing, the challenge is often the same: how do you help people adopt new behaviors?

This practical 2-day training combines Behavioral Science with Design Thinking to help you understand why people behave the way they do and design interventions they actually adopt. You’ll work with proven behavioral models, creative tools and real-world challenges to identify what drives behavior, uncover hidden barriers and turn insights into interventions that create meaningful and lasting change. Become the person people call when change gets stuck.
You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience to join this course. We’ll guide you through the essentials step by step.

Tailor-made coaching around your challenge

What is this course about?

Most professionals are taught how to manage projects and communicate change. Far fewer are taught how people actually change. That’s the gap Behavioral Design fills.

Behavioral Science helps you understand why people behave the way they do. Design Thinking helps you turn those insights into solutions, experiences and interventions people are more likely to adopt. Across two highly interactive days, you’ll learn how to analyze current behavior, understand resistance and motivation, identify friction, and design better conditions for change.

Rather than relying on communication alone, you’ll learn how to intentionally shape environments, choices and experiences to make desired behaviors easier, more meaningful and more likely to happen.
