What is this course about?
In this training, you will work in a ‘learning by doing’ environment and solve a complex challenge using Systems Thinking tools like Rich Picture, Causal Loops and Intervention Models. As solutions need to work for people, Design Thinking principles and elements are an integral, foundational part of the training.
In the second part of the training, you will focus on Futures Thinking tools like Horizon Scanning, Future Wheels and Future Scenarios to explore different possible futures. Design Thinking will be introduced as an integral element throughout the training to translate future trends into reality and tangible, actionable strategic initiatives.
