About this course
To address current challenges, firms must incorporate sustainability and social impact factors into their Business Models, as well as think more holistically and systemically.
In this training, you will work in a ‘learning by doing’ environment and solve a complex challenge using tools like Rich Picture, Causal Loops and Intervention Models. As solutions need to work for people, Design Thinking & Behavioral Insights elements are an integral, foundational part of the training.
