Learn facilitation skills to run effective workshops using Design Thinking principles for mixed audiences. In this high-energy course, you will not only strengthen your approach as a facilitator, but also learn how to confidently guide participants through every stage of a Design Thinking session.
To begin with, the course starts with a one-hour online kick-off focused on facilitation fundamentals. Next, you will take part in two in-person training days, where you actively practice hands-on facilitation techniques in real workshop settings. As a result, you will build both confidence and structure in your style.
However, please note that this course requires prior experience with Design Thinking tools and methodologies. Therefore, if you are unsure about your level, we recommend contacting us to assess your readiness for this training.
