How to improve the Cartier employee experience adapting to their functional & emotional needs?

The employee journey project involved relevant stakeholders from the different departments of the Cartier global organization. In order to allow the co-creation of shared solutions and their active engagement. In a learning-by-doing manner, participants were guided through a design process that enabled them to visualise future scenarios.

Methodology

In a learning-by-doing manner, participants were guided through a Design process that enabled them to co-create Persona profiles and their Customer Journey. This made it possible to visualise Future Scenarios of service. Cartier. DesignThinkers Academy and Cartier worked

together on a project closely related to the employee experience: the working environment. Cartier Benelux is based in a prestigious building in the center of Amsterdam. For security and structural reasons.

The project involved relevant stakeholders from the different departments of the Cartier organisation in order to allow co-creation and active engagement to create shared solutions. Even if the project was content-focused, the participants could use and directly experience methodology & tools of the Design Thinking approach.

The project started with an exploration session to create personas and CJMs of Cartier employees and define new opportunity areas.

The opportunity areas were used to co-create solutions to the pains and needs of the personas. These solutions were brought back to the office to be tested and improved with relevant colleagues.
