Incompany Capability Building
Our in-company programs are designed around your organization’s specific challenges, objectives and level of experience. Rather than learning methods in isolation, participants apply them directly to real cases through hands-on exercises, guided sprints, team assignments and coaching.
The focus is on building practical skills, a shared language and the confidence to use new approaches independently after the program. Depending on the ambition, we can support anything from a focused team workshop to a longer capability-building journey across multiple teams or departments. With facilitators in more than 25 countries, we combine global expertise with local understanding, adapting the format, examples and facilitation style to the context of each organization.
Innovation Strategy into Action
We help organizations turn innovation ambitions into practical ways of working. Together with teams, we translate strategic priorities into clear processes, frameworks and initiatives that make innovation easier to apply in day-to-day work.
Depending on the organization’s needs, this can include innovation frameworks, practical toolkits, multidisciplinary team structures, internal ambassador programs and train-the-trainer approaches. These elements create the conditions for teams to take ownership and continue building momentum beyond the initial program.
Our aim is to transfer knowledge and responsibility throughout the journey, enabling internal teams to lead, facilitate and evolve the approach independently over time.
Certificate
After successful completion of one of our courses, participants are awarded a DesignThinkers Academy Certificate and you can celebrate your achievement of becoming a true Design Thinker. All tools and materials will be available after the course for personal use.

‘I definitely recommend the course because the knowledge is high-level yet it gives a good solid understanding about Design Thinking.’
